Arrowhead Park lies just minutes from campus, yet far enough away from the maddening crowds. Our residents enjoy a serene, quiet, country setting. Arrowhead Park offers a safe, scenic environment; fair, well enforced rules and regulations; and a park whose residents own their homes rather than rent. No rental units are allowed except a few owned by Arrowhead Park. Primary owners may have roommates whom they rent to but no rentals are allowed without primary owner living in the home, (see rules and regulations for exceptions). This "no rentals allowed" policy tends towards more responsible, mature residents who own their home and possess the pride that home ownership fosters.

We strive to make Arrowhead Park the most desireable community for Auburn University students to choose as their "home away from home". Our residents' and their parents' concerns and needs are primary to our mission to provide a safe, secure, well managed community of college students.
